Advanced diagnostic includes all services provided with the regular diagnostic. Advanced diagnostic is necessary when your computer requires disassembly in order to identify and diagnose the problem. In general, advanced diagnostic is necessary for Apple iMac computers, for custom-built computers, some All-In-One desktop computers, some gaming laptops and computers with accidental damage. It could take up to a day or two for the advanced diagnostic, depending on the nature of the issue and how easily I can replicate the problem.

All liquid damaged computers are subject to liquid spill diagnostic. Liquid spill diagnostic includes complete computer disassembly for damage inspection and liquid damage cleanup attempt. Liquids spills are unpredictable. It's not guarantied that cleanup will make your computer functional again. Full computer repair cost estimate (if repair is possible at all) will be provide upon completion of liquid spill diagnostic. Liquid spill diagnostic typically requires around 48 hours to complete.

Windows OS or macOS installation or re-installation on your computer. During the installation process the hard drive will be reformatted and all personal files will be erased. If you have personal files that you would like to save (pictures, documents, music, etc...), make sure to mention that before requesting this service. Personal files backup will be provided as an additional service.
Windows OS will be activated with the digital license associated with your computer hardware. If you don't have a digital license, you need to provide Windows OS product key to activate.

Removing malware, adware, viruses, remote access software, unwanted browser notifications and redirects from Windows OS or macOS computers. While OS infection cleanup is possible in most cases, on some occasions it is necessary to reinstall OS from scratch in order to make your computer 100% clean again.

If your computer running out of storage space, you need a larger internal hard drive. Cloning original hard drive allows to make an exact copy of your computer drive and transfer everything (OS, files, settings, etc...) to a new larger capacity drive. This service includes original hard drive removal, cloning data to a larger drive and new drive installation. You can provide your own hard drive or purchase one from me. The final cost of this service depends on the amount of data that needs to be cloned and type of the hard drive. Cloning is possible only if your original hard drive is healthy and has no errors.

Cost of this service depends on the model or your computer. In case of computer overheating, CPU and GPU thermal paste replacement can be requested as an additional service.

Failed or noisy cooling fan replacement. Cost of this service depends on the model or your laptop or desktop PC. In some computer models it is necessary to remove the motherboard in order to access and repair the cooling fan.

New hard drive installation or new memory (RAM) installation or both. Cost of this service depends on the model or your computer. If hard drive or RAM replacement requires full computer disassembly or motherboard removal, it will be on the higher end of the range. Hard drive replacement doesn't include OS installation. OS installation provided as an additional service.

Failed or swollen laptop battery replacement. Cost of this service depends on the model or your computer. In some models the battery is glued to the laptop case and it takes more time to replace. Some laptops require motherboard removal in order to access and replace the battery which makes this job even more complicated.

Damaged or failed laptop screen replacement. Cost of this service depends on the model or your computer. For more complicated jobs, when the screen is glued to the display cover or it requires full laptop disassembly, the cost of this service will be on the higher end of the range.

Repairing a range of display hinge issues, including screen detachment from the back cover, display separation from the laptop base, exposed hinges, and cracking noises during opening or closing.

Failed or damaged laptop keyboard replacement. Cost of this service depends on the model or your laptop. Some newer laptop models have the keyboard permanently attached (riveted) to the palmrest assembly. In cases like that keyboard replacement requires full laptop disassembly and motherboard removal. In cases like that the cost of this service will be on the higher end of the range.

Failed or damaged laptop power connector (DC jack) replacement. Cost of this service depends on the model or your laptop. In some models the power connector is attached to a cable and can be replaced relatively easy. In other models, the power connector is soldered to the motherboard and this type of repair requires full laptop disassembly, advanced soldering skills and tools.
