Every data recovery project starts with a thorough computer storage drive (hard drive) diagnosis, which in most cases requires a full or partial computer disassembly and removal of the hard drive for further evaluation and testing on another working computer. Once we test the hard drive and have a better understanding of the issue, we'll provide you with a quote for the data recovery. And here's the best part - if we're unable to recover your data, you'll only pay the diagnosis fee which covers the computer disassembly and the hard drive removal, while we cover the time spent on evaluating the drive.
We are also capable of retrieving data from USB flash drives that have been physically damaged. In the image below, you can observe a broken flash drive. The section that is inserted into the USB port, which contains four golden connectors, has detached from the main circuit board, resulting in the drive no longer being recognized. We successfully connected a USB cable directly to the circuit board, through the use of micro soldering, allowing us to retrieve the data from the damaged USB flash drive.
